Jackman Wealth Advisory (JWA) has enjoyed a great deal of success providing sound financial advice and personalized, in-depth wealth plans for affluent families and business owners.

To accompany this growth and better position themselves within a fast-paced financial services industry, JWA needed to redefine its market position and update their digital presence. They approached us looking to refine their brand messaging, develop key assets, and work with them to navigate a number of internal technical challenges that restricted the development of a new website and prospect video.

The project commenced with research and a deep discovery process–mainly focusing on identifying JWA's target audiences, highlighting key differentiators, and understanding their current needs and expectations. We then expanded on that approach and created compelling content that would provide clear information these audiences sought and assisted JWA in organizing and tailoring the process at each stage of the client journey.

Through the implementation of client-focused assets, such as an introductory pitch deck, Discovery Workbook, Estate Record Keeper, tax reference sheets, and custom graphics, we've managed to illustrate JWA's integrated approach and clarify the multiple aspects that inform a sustainable, personalized wealth plan. ODG and JWA have built a very unique platform and tailored client service structure – one which reflects the professionalism, values, and reliability of the firm.

While our design had to maintain strict TD Waterhouse brand standards, we were able to create sophisticated communications that would better connect with clients, attract more pre-qualified prospects, and better inform audiences, such as philanthropists, professionals, and multi-generational families, looking for the outstanding care, service and financial stewardship which JWA offers.

The result for JWA's clients is more than the sum of its parts, and it resonates on an emotional level through happiness and peace of mind found in a more fulfilling life, free of financial worry. It's best summarized through JWA's new value proposition statement: A Better Life. A Brighter Legacy.
