How do you sell luxury residences that haven’t been built? By giving the customer as much information as possible. Tasked with marketing a collection of waterfront condos in Steveston, the ODG team jumped into action, converting a pre-existing space into a project discovery centre, complete with in-depth key plans, amenity maps, colour boards, features list, and touchscreens.

We created a website that covered every aspect of the project, from the geo-thermal climate control system to the neighbouring waterfront park, and included a database-driven interactive asset that showcased a collection of stunning true-to-plan 3D renderings. Users could effortlessly browse the building features, available floor plans and unit colour schemes, and fully envision the end result of their investment.
